We are looking for a Recruitment Consultants to join the Colux team. We are a small team who doesn’t believe in bureaucracy or micro-management. We are looking for a young, talented and driven individual who is interested in taking their career to the next level. You will get the opportunity to build your own desk from scratch, build your own team to eventually leading a team of consultants yourself. You will have the chance to make a big impact in taking a small company to the next level.
- 6 months (minimum) experience in 360 Recruitment/Head-Hunting
- Proven track record
- Entrepreneurial mind-set
- Interested in joining a start-up
- Able to drive/and have you’re own car
- Experience leading a team – mentoring Junior Recruiters
- Can work independently and can build a desk from scratch
- Experience working in a European market
- Being able to specify different areas of IT (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Design, Architecture.)
